How to right vertical text in Word?

Whenever you want a vertical text in word, follow the steps:

 

Insert a table and write inside the cell.

Right click on any toolbar and open "Tables and Borders" toolbar

Use that toolbar to change the direction of the text in one or more selected cells

 

At last select the table and change the border style to "No Border"

Your task is complete.

 

You can also use textbox for this task, but I prefer Table.

How to change order of First and Last name

If you want to change the order of First name and last name then follow the steps. Let us assume there is a list containing the following names

mirapakaya songs free download

Now you have to bring the last part of these names to the first position. Follow the steps for it.

First copy the names into another new word document

Select the names and convert text to Table. Use ‘space’ as separator.

The result will be a table having each part of the name in a cell. Copy the complete table and paste it in MS Excel.

Now in excel, copy the right-most column and paste it in another worksheet at left.

Copy the other columns and paste them in order as you want. As I done, I got the names in fully reverse order. Some left cells will be empty.

Now again copy the reversed names from Excel and paste in in Word. It will show as a table.

Now convert the table to text. Use ‘space’ as separator. It will be like this, having some ‘space’ in left side.

Now use the Find and Replace method. Type “^p ” (^p and space) in find what box and type “^p’’ in replace with box. Click the replace all button ten times or more.

Now put “  “ (double space) in find box and single space in replace box click ‘replace all’ until the replacement is 0.

Your work is done. Now just delete the spaces at the first line if any.
